"Reflect, Recharge, Restart: Your November guide to Reflecting on Growth and Renewing Your Resolutions"

Hey there!

Can you believe it's already November 1st? The year is flying by, and before we know it, we'll be welcoming a brand new one.

Remember those New Year's resolutions you made back in January? "I'll get an MBA, certifications, and cut down on sugar." "I'll land my dream job and be happy." Take a moment to reflect on how far you've come.

Reflect

Be honest with yourself – what did you achieve? What didn't quite work out? Don't worry; it's not about beating yourself up over what didn't happen. It's about acknowledging your progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Take stock of your blessings and accomplishments. Think about how far you've come since January. You've won, you've lost, but most importantly, you've grown.

Recharge

It's time to prioritize self-care for stable mental health and personal growth. Here are some tips:

  • Forgive and let go of resentment.
  • Get your health in order; eat healthy.
  • Spend time alone reflecting and being thankful.
  • Spend quality time with friends and family.
  • Seek God's guidance to end the year well.

Restart

It's not too late to get back on track! Dust off those neglected goals and make a conscious effort to achieve them. (Habakkuk 2:2-3: "And the Lord answered me, and said, 'Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.'")

Write down what you’ve ignored and start fresh. Want to:

  • Write that book?
  • Start that channel?
  • Take that course?
  • Launch that business?

Remember, growth requires stepping out of your comfort zone.

You Are Responsible for Your Growth

Take ownership of your progress and make intentional decisions to achieve your goals.

As the year winds down, stay positive. It's not you that's ending; it's just the year.

Reflect, recharge, and restart. You got this!
