As the year gradually comes to a close, it is important that we pause and thank God for how far He has helped us.
“Thus far the Lord has helped us”
1 Samuel 7:12.
When we give thanks, we open ourselves to deeper insight, align ourselves for breakthroughs, and prepare our hearts for more in the coming year. Thanksgiving is not just an act—it is a lifestyle God desires from us as His children.
“In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you”
1 Thessalonians 5:18.
We may not yet be where we want to be, but surely we are not where we used to be. “Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it” (Philippians 1:6). And the very fact that you are here today is proof that the Lord is interested in you and intentional about your journey.
So, as the year winds up, do not forget the Scripture that says: “Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, for His mercy endures forever” (Psalm 107:1).
For His mercy, for His goodness, and for how He has led us from day one until today, we lift our voices in praise. “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits” (Psalm 103:2). We raise a shout of hallelujah and say thank You to the Lord who reigns forever. “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever” (Psalm 45:6).
Stay revived!
